Returns & Exchanges
At Pearltica, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We want you to love your pearls as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help facilitate a smooth return process.
• 90-Day Policy You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
• Condition To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all original packaging included. The product must be undamaged and in a condition that does not affect secondary sales.
• 100% Refund We provide a 100% refund of the original purchase price for all eligible returns.
• Shipping Fee A flat return shipping fee of $20 USD will be deducted from your final refund amount.
• Complimentary Labels For our customers located within the United States, Pearltica provides a free pre-paid return label to simplify your return experience.
• Hand-to-Hand Transfer For your security and to ensure the safety of the jewelry, please hand your return package directly to the courier and ensure it is scanned in your presence.
• No Drop Boxes Please DO NOT leave your return package in a drop box. Pearltica is not responsible for lost packages that were not officially scanned upon pickup.
• 3-4 Business Days Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 to 4 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
• Wear & Damage Please note that any jewelry showing signs of excessive wear or physical damage will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
